Tracy joined Professional Advisory Services (PAS) in August of 2013 as a Receptionist/Assistant. She brought with her over 20 years of banking experience in finance, administration and customer service. With this knowledge and background you can rest assured that your information is kept confidential and secure with PAS.

In June 2018 she was moved into her current role and built a support and operations team of additional assistants. Her experience and background in leadership, to include serving in the military, banking and ministries within her church community, has helped her to provide client services, support to financial advisors, and lead a qualified operations team for day to day business needs.

She and her team stay up to date with ever changing technology and are dedicated to provide excellent customer service and support to our PAS Wealth Managers as they help you work towards your goals. There is an ongoing training of the latest software to ensure clients account needs are processed and maintained in a timely manner.

She and her husband married in 1981 while serving together in the U.S. Army. They now enjoy their family of two sons, with their wives and total of six grandchildren between them, as well as serving in their home church. Her faith and family are the most important things in her life and she enjoys sharing that joy at work and with everyone she encounters!
