Tracy joined PAS in August of 2013 with over 35 years of banking experience in finance, administration and customer service. She brings with her a work ethic, knowledge, confidentiality background and many years of client information security to ensure that your information is safe with PAS.

In June 2018 she moved into her current role and built a support & operations team. With a leadership background & experience of serving in the military, banking and ministries within her church community, she used as a foundation for leading & serving in client services, administration assistants, and to lead a qualified operations team for day-to-day business needs.

Her admin team stays up to date with the ever-changing technology & latest software and are dedicated to provide excellent customer service & support to our Wealth Managers as they help you work towards your goals. There is ongoing training to ensure client account needs are processed and maintained in a timely manner.

She and her husband met & married in 1981 while serving together in the U.S. Army. They are blessed with a family of two sons, their wives and six grandchildren [between them], as well as serving in their home church. Her faith in God & love for her family are the most important things in her life and she loves sharing that joy with everyone she encounters!
